Here%26#39;s a roster of restaurants in the area. Hell%26#39;s Kitchen (Ninth Ave. bwn 42nd and 58th) is a great area for dining.

I have never heard of Timeshare Towers but The Manhattan Club is at the same address. We are staying there for the week beginning 24th September 2005. Who did you book with?

Sorry, meant to say we have exchanged with RCI.

We use the website redweek.com to rent (not owners ourselves) have always found them excellent.

Yes the Manhattan Club is the right one.

Thank%26#39;s for the advise I will check out the Hells Kitchen site

Interesting name.

Our Price range is anything up to $30 pp.

You%26#39;ll find reviews here under the name Manhattan Club. I think people generally like it. Complaints have been on slow elevators, not uncommon in NYC and I have occasionally seen complaints about poor hot water in the building. I believe the Park Central Hotel is part of this building complex.

The 1 bedroom apts are evidently quite large and the larger ones have 2 full baths.

As to places to eat, there are loads. Several threads here already on eating places near west 56 st if you do a text search. One of the better values for casual dining is La Bonne Soup on 55 st b/w 5th-6th aves. You%26#39;re not far from the Whole Foods market in the Time Warner building at Columbus Circle which is a nice place to get food for the room since you%26#39;ll have a kitchen.

Forgot to mention the Redeye Grill (seafood) and Trattoria Dell %26#39;Arte (Italian) are right there and both very good but can get a bit noisy. Both good food. Le Pain Quotiedienne on 7th %26amp; 58th is good for breakfast or casual lunch or dinner.

I love Le Pain Quotidien, but they close at 7:00, so if you do go there for a casual dinner, it%26#39;d have to be early.
