It%26#39;s cold, but bundle in layers, wear warm shoes, and you%26#39;ll be fine (many stores/restaurants are so well-heated you%26#39;ll have to take your coat off).

Things to do: museums, shops, skating in Central Park, theater, live music--the list goes on. More importantly, what do you like to do, or what would you like to see?
