They go on year round. Whenever there%26#39;s a good excuse to unload overstocks (which is what you mostly get) and samples. E.g.: end of summer, end of winter, pre-Xmas, pre-wedding season, etc.
Prime sample sale seasons are late Nov early Dec for Fall/Winter, and Late April Early May for Spring/Summer.
