Visiting the city with kids (12 & 8)

Any help is appreciated...we are staying at the Hospitality House on 49th. Planning on 2 shows, Lion King and Mamma Mia. Will be there for 4 days. Will do the usual, Ellis Island, WTC, Central Park, Empire State, Times Sq.,

Any suggesttions for a couple of nice restaurants, but reasonably priced..$20-40 per person for dinner, a couple of unique lunch places for the kids (pizza for one) and especially a place for dessert after the theater.

Thanks

Todd

La Mediteranee, 2nd ave b/w 50-51 attracts an older crowd but has a great $25 prix fixe dinner.

For pizza near the theater, John%26#39;s pizzeria on west 44 st.

For another place near theaters, Cafe Un Deux Trois, kid friendly French bistro. Virgil%26#39;s for bbq is another theater area option.

Two Boots for pizza in Grand Central Station (42 st %26amp; lexington ave.) and then for dessert, Junior%26#39;s for cheesecake.

Hi,

There are plenty of previous threads/posts on this topic. Here%26#39;s one. As I said in the post, I highly recommend Two Boots.
