Morning/Afternoon all

I have arranged to visit the above on my 3rd day in NY. Only thing is i will be shopping along the way. I do not want to wander around with bags of shopping.... My main shop will be in Canal street %26amp; Pearl Mart. I would be very grateful if anyone could advise me of the best route possible. Maybe China Town could be my last stop. So i can jump a taxi back to Hilton Times Square.

Still undecided what we are doing on Sunday, the thing is we will be leaving our hotel around 2pm. Also the NY marathon is on that day... Hoping to see a couple of shows. Undecided what one%26#39;s or what evening...

鈥?The Village (alt, goth, rebel shopping on 8th St. and St. Marks Place.)

鈥?Little Italy (no shopping)

鈥?Lower East Side (shopping on Orchard Street)

I%26#39;d keep it the same way.

The LES and Little Italy are adjacent to each other.

Soho and Greenwich Village also border each other.

So, whatever you do, those pairs should go together.

Leave Canal to the end.

However, you could leave ESB for the evening and see the sunset. Drop you stuff at the hotel first, and go to the ESB.

Still keeping a sharp eye on all this great advice... I%26#39;ve been doing a bit of scribbling and will post my attempt at a very loose kind of plan soon. I am not really a highly organised person and usually just ';wing it'; but realise that because I only have four nights in NY I really need to have a bit of a plan! Thanks NETS and QB for all your ideas!

QB that sounds fine i was leaving ESB until the evening. Any ideas for Sunday morning bearing in mind i am leaving for the airort at 2pm and it is the marathon.
