NYC forum's ';livetotravel'; going to Atlanta to help

I was browsing the New Orleans boards and discovered that a popluar NYC forum participant, livetotravel, has gone beyond donating money to Katrina victims - she is helping organize a clothing drive in Atlanta, GA. Amazing!

What%26#39;s also amazing is the weird, divisive, ';blue-vs-red'; venting and ranting on the New Orleans board - mostly from east coast people (new yorkers and new jerseyites) and Europeans - with a couple of folks from CA and CO thrown in. There%26#39;s 1 or 2 posters from NOLA itself. Amazing that they are taking the time to post on the Trip Advisor forum!

Anyway, skip the vitriol and hyperbole and send a shout-out to livetotravel!!

Yes I have been posting travel info updates I am getting since I am in the travel business, and no one seems to care about those posts! There are some very hateful people over there at the moment.

We could have gone to NOLA in July, but things got screwy at work and I couldn%26#39;t go. Now we want to go visit the first chance we%26#39;re able. Hopefully next year?
