First Timer looking for self catering apartment/studio

Good Afternoon

My mother and I are spending four days/three nights in New York at the beginning of October and would quite like to stay in a self catering apartment/studio while we are there.

We%26#39;ve basically decided we%26#39;d like to stay somewhere fairly central and ideally around the times square area and were wondering if anyone has any recomendations.

Many thanks

Hannah

Also, search this forum for the word ';kitchenette'; - but ignore the posts regarding a restuarant called ';Kitchenette';.

you could also try ';suite';

I%26#39;m using CityLights for a visit this week. I%26#39;ve written about my experience, thus far, on another thread:

Try Radio City Apartments. I stayed in March with three of my sister in laws and it was excellent. You can chose between a studio complete with small kitchen and two twin double beds, 1 bedroom, or two bedroom apartments. They are very central 49th street and only two minutes walk from Times Square. The location really is spot on. The apartments are very clean and have all you need, large fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee making facilites etc. The rates are very good and you do get lots of room for your money. Try expedia or Travelocity.co.uk for good rates. Anything else you want to know about the Apartments just let me know.
