Another shopping query girls. My daughter was given a top from friends in the states a couple of years ago and loved it to bits and would die for another one- any ideas if you can buy them anywhere in NY.

Canal Jeans has a wide selection of Emily Strange stuff.

Trash %26amp; Vaudeville has some accessories too.

You can also get it at Yellow Rat B*stard on Broadway and Queens Center Mall. They also have it at Hot Topic in Queens Center.

There is also a large Comic Book shop on E. 33rd St directly across from the Empire State Building (South Side) that carries Emily Strange T-shirts, posters, lunchboxes etc.

The main Canal Jeans, with the most vintage and army-navy surplus, is now located in Brooklyn. (I am NOT making this up.) Never fear, they also have a location on Broadway, 1 block north of West 4th Street, and in Jersey City, New Jersey.

For at least 20 years, Canal Jeans used to be in Soho on Broadway, around Spring Street (with a smalller store actually near Canal Street). Now, Bloomingdales Soho is in that space. Tells you something.

Queenb, would it be worth going to the brooklyn one to get a better selection of Emily Strange stuff or is the one on Broadway ok? I%26#39;d rather be exploring NY than searching for weird clothes for my wanabee punk/goth daughter!!!!!

Lol...the one on broadway will be more than sufficient. Most of the places that carry Emily the Strange tend to have the same selection. Plus there is a website, so anything specific could just be ordered online.

Where do i find Hot Topic in NY?

The one we shopped at was at the Palisades Center Mall which is outside the city in suburbia.

In NYC the comic book store Jim Henley%26#39;s Universe is at 33rd between 5th and 6th (aka Ave of the America%26#39;s but everyone calls it 6th). My daughter and I were there 2 weeks ago and saw Emily Strange stuff.
