Cheapest way to get to Hotel QT from JFK

Hi,

My boyfriend and i are going to NY in October and will be staying at the Hotel QT ( 125 west 45th St).

I%26#39;ve read some reviews and the cheapest seems to be the air train. We are arriving into NY at 9:40 pm on a Wednesday night.

Just wondering where i would go to catch the air train and how to transfer onto the subway to get the the hotel.

It%26#39;s very easy.

The AirTrain terminals are all connected to the terminals usually via tunnels and marked with arrows when you get off the plane. You want the Jamaica Train (Station D) Above each door when you board is an electronic sign board, be sure it says Jamaica Station / Station D.

At Jamaica follow the arrows (or the other people with suitcases) to the Manhattan bound E subway, it%26#39;s also very well marked with arrows. Take the E to 42nd St., QT is on 45th St b/n 5th and 6th.

That picture on the home page is the transfer @ Jamaica. The trip should take you just under an hour. (They seem to be getting carried away with the JFK to Penn Station in 35 minutes claim.) Also you pay your fare at Jamaica for either direction.
