Recommendations for a Play in New York

My husband and I will be in NY City November 14-18 - looking for play recommendations - either comedy, musical or something light - any suggestions?

Recommendations for a Play in New York

Hairspray - it fits all three of your requirements!

Check broadwaybox.com and see what might be available with a discount code. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels fits the bill and has discounts for those dates.

My girlfriend and I loved Spamalot, it certainly fulfills all of your criteria!

I would think there%26#39;d be tickets available for your dates - check out their site

and even consider the Standing Room Only tickets you can queue for on the morning of the performance - great if you%26#39;re on a budget.

I second ';Hairspray';--it%26#39;s two-plus hours of non-stop energy. I%26#39;d also recommend ';Mamma Mia,'; which certainly fullfills the ';light'; request--an affection for ABBA helps but it%26#39;s a fun show no matter what.

Also recommend Hairspray, but will add Avenue Q to the mix.
